GOGO 徳島
３連休なので徳島へ行きました。
We went to Tokushima for this 3-day vacation.
徳島といえば、

Shiokaze store, a local bike shop located in Tokushima city.
阿波踊り。
Awa-odori is known as one of the big dance festival in Japan.
（レンタカーのヴィッツなのに未舗装の林道走らせるなんて頭おかしいぜ。）
Tsurugi-san Super Rindo is the longest forest road in Japan.
It was crazy to travel along such rough dirt track with a normal rental car.
The car rumbled nonstop through the road.
すごい霧。
今回の反省点は、お箸を忘れたこと。
I accidentally left my chopstick at home...
代わりに歯ブラシでラーメンを食べました。
So I used the toothbrush instead for eating noodle.
大好き奥武蔵グリーンライン
秋晴れということで、飯能の山々へ。
Yesterday's crisp autumn skies has invited me to the mountains around Han-no city.
山伏峠を越えて、道の駅でご飯を食べ、みんな大好き奥武蔵グリーンラインへ。
I crossed through the Yamabushi pass and had some lunch at a road station.
Then I finally got on the Okumusashi green line.
丸山線はところどころ道が悪く、登りならまだしも、下りでタイヤを取られたらハンドルを離してしまいそう。
Even though the road was paved, the condition was partly bad for riding.
I was able to handle my bike when it was uphill but when the going got rough as riding downhill, I paid attention to the handle of my bike not to veer away from the road.
今日は青い毬栗がトラップのように。
In addition, there were many chestnuts scattered on the road and they appeared like traps.
自転車でちょっとそこまで
念願だったゆるいポタリング。
Finally I could go for short bike trip.
レースのためにヒルクライム漬けになるのも嫌いじゃないけど、
都会で目的もなくふらふら走るのをずっとやりたかった。
I do practice for hill climbing from time to time to stay on course.
However I still desired to do something I would go bike pottering around Tokyo.
たばこと塩の博物館で和田誠の展示をやっていたのでちょっとそこまで
I was off to Tobacco & Salt Museum to see the creative work of Wada Makoto entitled, “History of Japanese Illustration”.
和田誠は、JTのたばこ「ハイライト」のパッケージデザイナーであり、かの有名な週刊文春の表紙を２０年も担当している人。
He is one of post-war Japan’s leading graphic designers and illustrators.
The original package of “Hi-lite” marketed by JT and the front cover of magazine named “syu-kan bun-syu” are two of his masterpiece.
入場料なんと100円！
The entrance fee to the museum was ONLY 100yen!
入場料が安かった分、ランチが少し豪華になりました。
And it was cheaper than I had expected, and so I splurged on my lunch.yey!
両手いっぱいの
両手いっぱいのお買い物。
My hands were full of shopping bags.
ほとんどは10月に異動する先輩へのプレゼント。
These are presents from me and my collegues for my senior that I look up to.
She was assigned to work in another department starting next month.
一つだけ自分のがあって、
Despite the many presents for my senior, I only got one for myself,
which is a favorite.

輪行袋のリペア
I repaied my bike bag that has been heavily used for a long time.
サークルズで前に買ったアイロンいらずのリペアテープを使います。
I used the nylon repair tape which is no needs iron bought at Circles.
必要なサイズに切り、シールをはがして、張るだけの３ステップ。
Only three steps: cut patch to desired size and shape, remove paper backing from tape, and apply to tear.
美瑛さながらのカラフルなパッチワーク。
It is just like a patchwork as Biei, Hokkaido.
